My only complaint is on the log in for the appointment. Would have been nice to know I needed pictures of the front and back of insurance card and drivers license.

Diana Ortman literally saved my husband's life. He had swollen ankles but no other known issues. She saw him immediately and after checking him sent him directly into the ER. He had Afib and congestive heart failure.
