Virtual appointment is convenient and personable. Dr. Ortman cares about my well-being, doesn't rush our conversation or interaction and patient. My experiences have been wonderful and with the front office receptionist staff, they keep office running.

I’ve been a patient at Commonwealth Internal Medicine for approximately 20 years, and over the past two years I’ve had the opportunity to see Ms. Maghan Burge, Family Nurse Practitioner, on a number of occasions for both acute, and chronic medical care. The medical care has been excellent, and always with a positive outcome for the underlying condition. My recent visit with Ms. Burge was on short notice, given that my appointment was confirmed within a few hours after contacting the office. Thank you to Ms. Burge and the entire staff at Commonwealth Internal Medicine for your excellent patient care.

I appreciated being placed in a time slot due to a last day cancellation. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Chang Is efficient but never rushed. He listens and offers sound advice. We feel fortunate to have such an excellent medical team looking after our well being. Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Chang's for many years and as has been the case in past visits, he provides the best care possible. He's one of the few doctors I know who will actually sit there and talk to and listen to you, making sure all your questions are answered. His staff is first class and generally reflects Dr. Chang's methods of giving the best patient care possible.
