Diana always asks me about all aspects of my health to make sure that she is checking what needs to be followed up on at all times. All of the staff at CIM (Commonwealth Internal Medicine) are always very helpful, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this office no matter who sees you. I have been a patient for over 25 years!

I am always pleased with my visits to Commonwealth Internal Medicine and Diana Ortman, PA. She takes time to check on any complaints or problems that l am having. Refers me to the proper specialists when she feels that l need to be checked out further. She shows concern not only for my physical well being but my emotional and mental as well. I highly recommend Diana Ortman, PA or Dr. Norman Chang. I have been a patient for over 25 years. Their office staff and nursing staff are awesome...a very caring practice in all areas.
